Stichting Met je hart wil eenzaamheid tegengaan door het mogelijk maken van waardevolle ontmoetingen voor kwetsbare ouderen. Het hogere doel van Met je hart is buurtbewoners te inspireren om zelf in beweging te komen en zich te verbinden met deze ouderen.
