About Stichting Track the Talent
Track the Talent bestaat sinds 2006 en is de schakel tussen bedrijfsleven, scholen en jongerencentra. Het project Track the Talent biedt groepen van 12 jongeren (15-25 jaar) een programma van circa 12 weken waarin zij wekelijks getraind worden in het vergroten van hun persoonlijke en sociale ontwikkeling en het ontwikkelen van hun kansen op de arbeidsmarkt. Het project brengt de jongeren in direct contact met (top)managers uit het bedrijfsleven maar ook met sporters, musici, acteurs, etc. Doordat de jongeren bij bedrijven op bezoek gaan krijgen zij een realistische kijk op het bedrijfsleven en verwerven ze inzicht in de mogelijkheden bij verschillende bedrijven. Trainingen zijn gericht op oriëntatie op de arbeidsmarkt, communiceren en solliciteren. Bij alle trainingen komt ook ontwikkeling van sociale vaardigheden aan bod.
