Stichting Trefpunt Heiloo helpt inwoners van Heiloo zo lang mogelijk zelfstandig te zijn. Dat kan zijn bij het blijven wonen in uw eigen vertrouwde huis, maar ook bij een uitstapje maken, (begeleid) vervoer naar het ziekenhuis, nieuwe mensen leren kennen. Daarnaast organiseert de stichting cursussen en activiteiten en bemiddelt zij bij het vinden van vrijwilligerswerk. Als u hulp nodig heeft en die niet in uw directe omgeving vindt, dan kunt u terecht bij het Trefpunt. Wij geven informatie en persoonlijke ondersteuning op het gebied van wonen, welzijn en zorg. Advisering is kosteloos; voor een aantal diensten wordt lidmaatschap van Trefpunt Diensten gevraagd. Ook als u denkt dat iemand in uw omgeving hulp nodig heeft, kunt u contact met ons opnemen. Als wij niet kunnen helpen, zorgen wij ervoor dat u bij de juiste organisatie terechtkomt.
