Stichting ZIJN is de eilandbrede welzijnsorganisatie van Goeree-Overflakkee. In overeenstemming met het gedachtengoed van Positieve Gezondheid, richten wij ons op het in stand houden en herstellen van de veerkracht en weerbaarheid van onze inwoners. Dit doen we door ons te richten op de preventie en vroegsignalering waarbij we vooral aanhaken waar de energie zit in plaats van de focus te leggen op wat niet goed gaat. Dit doen we in nauwe samenwerking met gemeente en andere professionals op het eiland.
