About Stonebrook Media, LLC

Great meetings, no worries. That’s our commitment to you. Stonebrook Media designs tailored events that tell your unique story in a way that informs, entertains and motivates your audience. Our goal is to build a long-term relationship with you by taking the burdens of event production off your plate, and we do it with white-glove service and within your budget. Technical direction and staffing are at the heart of what we do. We handle everything from production and stage management, to show content, to special effects, all with state-of-the-art equipment and on-site support that make an event unforgettable. We also handle design and installation of fabrication and lighting; and recording your events to share with key audiences. Our experts can also help you shape your presentations, and we’ll work with you in advance and onsite to rehearse and refine them. Plus, we’re always ready for your last-minute changes. Stonebrook Media is also your convenient, single source for state-of-the-art equipment for your meeting, from microphones and speakers to projectors, monitors and digital signage. Perhaps we’re best known for our on-site support. Our team includes some of the finest producers, directors, production managers, lighting directors and stage managers in the business, who take the stress you by serving as an extension of your team. Stonebrook Media was founded by Phil Barnett, who graduated from Belmont University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in music business. He has worked on albums for the London Symphony Orchestra, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Motown acts and countless country artists. Since founding Stonebrook Media, Phil has managed events and meetings for Tenet Healthcare, Hunt Brothers Pizza, Compassus, O’Charley’s, Amsurg, YMCA and many others. He is typically the main contact for clients and serves as a “bridge” between the creative and the technical to help transform each client’s vision into reality.
