About Storinum

Storinum is a software platform that structures how energy assets are defined, competed on and contracted. We align business model, engineering and procurement into one decision system — so investments are executed with measurable control over price, risk allocation and delivery timing. Energy projects lose value between decisions. Scope gaps become change orders. Negotiation leverage is identified too late. Risk is priced in by vendors before anyone notices. Every vendor price contains hidden buffers — for uncertainty, scope gaps, and delivery risk that rarely surfaces until contracts are signed. The gap between stated CAPEX and true 10-year TCO becomes visible only after commitments are made. Storinum makes it visible before. Storinum connects business intent, system design, procurement and contracts into one decision flow. Technical, commercial and risk inputs are evaluated together. Vendors compete inside a structured framework. Trade-offs are calculated automatically — across cost, lifetime, risk and delivery — and negotiation leverage is identified and applied before any offer is accepted. You can make choices on value, not persuasion. 3–4x faster from project definition to signed contract. 3–5%+ CAPEX impact through structure and negotiation. Stronger realised IRR.
