About Stowhill Estates Cheltenham and North Cotswolds

We are a boutique Estate Agency based on the edge of the Cotswolds, covering Cheltenham and the North Cotwolds. Rosanagh Wilson has years of experience in the business and has gained a reputation for being discreet, knowledgeable, wise and a great negotiator. Having integrity is key to the success of the business, as is great communication and impeccable style. Emily Francis has joined Rosanagh as the Sales manager and together they are the go-to team. Emily has been in the real estate business for 6 years and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She is calm, pro-active and a real people person with great attention to detail and an unrivaled ability to ensure that a sale runs as smoothly as possible to completion. We offer a truly bespoke service and work hard to ensure that our sellers and buyers achieve their goals. Brilliant marketing is key- we use an exceptional photographer, have professional copywriters and use videos where it would enhance the marketing strategy to ensure that each house stands out amongst the competion. We understand that moving house can be a stressful and sometimes emotional journey and we are there every step of the way to ensure the process is as smooth as possible. We are excellent listeners and take great care to understand the wishes and needs of both sellers and buyers so we can knowledgeably and sensibly advise when required. Do give us a call - we would love to talk to you!
