As often as possible we source ingredients locally from our friends at Harwood Farms, Mill Creek Coffee, Salt Lake Baking Co., Lehi Roller Mills, Tooele Valley Meats & more. OUR BREWING PHILOSOPHY Our brewers strive to create the highest quality beer around. You can taste the attention to detail in every beer we make. While we respect the tradition of past brewers, we want to create beers that excite craft beer drinkers whether they are novices or veterans. That’s why we have a wide range of beers from true to style, traditional ales and lagers to genre-defying creations.
