About Strategic Recruiting Group

At Strategic Recruiting Group (SRG), our mission is simple: honor God through work well done. We believe recruiting is more than filling roles — it’s about building pipelines that strengthen companies, support families, and serve communities. We are a faith-driven recruiting agency specializing in high-volume, repeatable pipelines: CDL drivers, logistics & distribution support, factory and warehouse teams, skilled technical labor, customer support, and emerging AI-enabled roles. If a position requires steady throughput and multiple placements, SRG delivers. What sets us apart is our strategic recruiting framework: workforce planning, market mapping, Truth-in-Offer transparency, and metrics that matter — retention, ramp-to-productivity, and candidate/hiring manager experience. With SRG, you don’t just get hires; you get a recruiting system that keeps producing results. Pipelines over placements. Integrity over shortcuts. Recruiting with impact.
