We are a family office on a simple mission: to build a portfolio of well-run businesses to hold for the long term. We see ourselves as owners not investors. Our success rests upon helping capable managers fulfil their own potential and that of the businesses they run. We look to acquire well run private businesses that have shown consistent growth and a resilience to economic volatility with a view to building long term value. We have a long-term investment horizon and are not under pressure to realise our investments in order to return capital to outside shareholders.
