About Stratiformis Consulting Ltd

Stratiformis formed in 2007, is a niche management consultancy. We have a proven track record for delivering change: Our clients tell us they really value how we help them solve the perennial issue of aligning change with their business objectives. We are a lean team of Change Consultants who offer strategic advice, consulting and major programme delivery services to clients across a variety of sectors. These include the world’s leading insurance and telco industries as well as central government organisations. Efficient and Effective We deliver by using small, high value teams who first triage the situation, then make decisions on what mix of tried and trusted actions should take place to achieve an immediate and very positive outcome. Insightful and Trusted You’ll find we are self-starters who not only help you identify the problem but really get to understand your business, its challenges and drivers for change. We engage quickly by getting to meet the stakeholders and individuals we will be working with to glean insight and an intelligent understanding of just how the organisation works. This approach enables the team to gain the confidence and trust of individual stakeholders, which is key to an effective working relationship. Clear and Actionable We put in place a clear strategy with simple, viable roadmaps. This ensures everyone is aligned, knows what they are delivering and the results expected. And, we get on with things quickly. Having  detailed exactly what is needed for the assignment to be a success, we ensure you have the right people, processes, systems and structures in place to make change happen
