About Striving Styles Personality Systems

Striving Styles Personality Systems offers a wide range of assessments and reports to help individuals, leaders, parents and organizations achieve their potential. It helps people understand what gets in the way of our potential, how to live authentically and achieve the desired outcomes. It is owned and operated by Anne Dranitsaris and Heather Hilliard, cocreaters of the Striving Styles Personality System. Striving Styles Personality Systems offer products and services that blend psychological insight with business expertise. Through SKE, this unique mother-daughter team gives clients the opportunity to achieve their potential whether as individuals, teams, leaders, organizations or entrepreneurs / business owners. Clients share a common desire to pursue performance at the next level in their personal life, career / profession, business or in their relationships. No matter what situation, whether work, relationships, or family life, if we are not striving to be the person we were meant to be by using the energy (behaviours) we most prefer to use, we will be unhappy. Most find when they look inside to what they actually need to make them happy, they feel empowered to live in a more self-directed fashion. The Striving Styles™ Workshops, Programs and Keynotes entertain, educate and, most importantly, engage audiences in self-directed change, providing both the vision and the tools to make it happen.
