About Studio 72 ™

At Studio 72 Design, our philosophy is simple: to deliver inspired designs that reflect how you want to live. We believe your home should enhance your life, and designing it should be a rewarding experience too. However, designing your dream home isn’t always easy. The design and build process is complex, involving multiple steps and coordination among numerous individuals. Traditionally, architects design and builders build, but very few stitch these processes together—often resulting in miscommunication, cost blowouts, and undesirable finishes. Studio 72 Design saw an opportunity to do things better. As custom residential designers and masters of coordination, we developed a framework to keep projects flowing through each stage effortlessly. We act as your single point of contact from initial land acquisition and feasibility study inputs, custom designs, building approvals, and builder engagement. Additionally, we work closely with developers to maximize the potential of their projects, ensuring optimal outcomes for their investments. Our goal is to make the process seamless while designing and delivering high-end homes and developments you’ll be proud of now, and for many years to come.
