About Studio Maiva

Studio Maiva is a dynamic architectural and interior design practice driven by a passion for innovation and excellence. Architecture Our approach has always been collaborative, working hand in hand with clients to turn their ideas into reality. With our experienced in-house team covering everything from site appraisals and feasibility studies to planning, construction, and specifications, we’ve got the expertise to tackle a wide range of projects. Interior Design Such an integral part of the success of any architectural project, Studio Maiva like to ensure that the interior design has been carefully crafted from day one of the process. From working through the functionality of spaces, to the finer details of colours, lighting and finishes - nothing should be off the brief at every stage. Project Management Working through a construction project of any scale can be stressful to say the least. The decision to keep Studio Maiva on the project through to completion can help ensure that the finer details are picked up on, from initial costings, ongoing valuations, collaborative design detailing through to final accounts and snagging. The aim is to remove the pressure from the client, and ensure a better final product at the end. We aim to make the process exciting by removing some of the stress! Our Team Our experienced team brings a diverse range of skills—from architectural design to interior design and project management—allowing us to support you at every stage of your building project. We’re all about providing helpful, up-to-date advice while keeping our designs fresh and modern. Our team stays in the loop with the latest technologies, materials, and regulations, so we can easily adapt to the ever-changing world of architecture and design. We’re dedicated to bringing your unique vision to life, creating spaces that inspire and stand the test of time.
