About Studio Manifest

Studio Manifest is a London-based architectural practice specialising in residential and small-scale development projects. We help clients unlock the potential of underused sites, buildings, and homes — from back land plots and new builds to conversions and renovations — creating high-quality, sustainable spaces that add real value. Sustainability is at the heart of our work. We design to Passivhaus principles and prioritise natural, local, and low-energy materials. We also collaborate with higher education institutes to innovate and explore better ways to design and build. Beyond architecture, we provide project management, planning support, and construction guidance, helping clients navigate the entire building process efficiently. Our buildings are practical and high-performing, whilst also being visually striking and commercially successful. While our focus includes development and commercial projects, we also craft bespoke homes for residential clients, guiding homeowners through every step to create beautiful, livable spaces.
