About Studio Seaview
At Seaview, we’ve enjoyed creative success on Broadway, in London’s West End, on film and television, and Off-Broadway. Our journey began with the record-breaking Off-Broadway run of Sweeney Todd at the Barrow Street Theatre, followed by acclaimed revivals of Danny and the Deep Blue Sea starring Aubrey Plaza and Christopher Abbott, and Hold Onto Me Darling starring Adam Driver. Our success Off-Broadway—and the creative freedom it offers—led us to seek a permanent space where Seaview could operate and program year-round. When the opportunity arose to take over the historic Tony Kiser Theater, we recognized the unparalleled potential to craft immersive, up-close experiences for both artists and audiences. Nestled just off Times Square, the venue offers an intimate haven for storytelling, nurturing bold visions that might otherwise be overshadowed by brighter lights and bigger stages. With a hospitality-first approach, we partnered with Tony Award-winner Scott Pask, lighting designer Brian Tovar, and design collaborators CB2 and Todd Snyder to reimagine this historic venue. With a refurbished lobby, a VIP lounge, and the newly minted Bar Petra, audiences are invited to experience a new kind of Off-Broadway—only at Studio Seaview.
