About Studio Sutton

Studio Sutton is a design-led architecture and interiors studio transforming commercial buildings into places where people choose to be. We work with landlords, developers, operators and occupiers to reposition assets, unlock demand and future-proof buildings through the intelligent fusion of architecture, interiors and user experience. Our belief is simple, buildings succeed when they are occupied, valued and loved. From workspace and life sciences to education, hospitality-inspired environments and adaptive reuse, we help clients turn underperforming or overlooked spaces into magnetic destinations that drive leasing velocity, tenant engagement and long-term asset value. Our approach combines: • Strategic vision — defining the story and experience that sets a building apart • Design leadership — architecture and interiors developed as one coherent idea • Commercial awareness — grounded in programme, cost, market positioning and delivery reality • Hands-on senior involvement — ensuring clarity of thinking from concept to completion. We intentionally operate as a focused, agile studio. This allows us to move quickly, stay close to our clients, and maintain continuity of design thinking throughout the life of a project. Studio Sutton has delivered work across the UK, Europe and the US, partnering with leading developers, operators and consultants on projects ranging from large-scale repositioning schemes to specialist environments and flagship workplaces. Because in today’s market, good design isn’t a luxury, it’s a competitive advantage.
