About Subgen AI

Subgen AI (STO: SUBGEN) We are the enterprise AI infrastructure company. Headquartered in Stockholm and included in the Nasdaq First North 25 Index™, we build the foundational platform organizations rely on to deploy, govern, and scale AI across their workforce, products, and operations. The AI landscape shifts daily, but your infrastructure shouldn't have to. We enable enterprises to operationalize generative AI: without vendor lock-in, without compliance risk, and without rebuilding their tech stack. At Subgen AI, we have our own platform, Serenity Star, is the only full-spectrum GenAI system that spans the entire AI capability continuum. From ready-to-use enterprise assistants to no-code agent builders, developer SDKs, and advanced model training environments, we unify your fragmented AI ecosystem. The result is a perfect balance of agility and security whilst retaining sovereignty: Business teams move fast. IT and compliance retain full control. Both operate within a single, governed framework. Purpose-built for the enterprise, our platform Serenity Star is powering real-world deployments for organizations that have moved beyond experimentation. Today, we are trusted by leaders across healthcare, financial services, retail, education, and the public sector. By combining uncompromising governance, seamless access to over 300 LLMs thanks to Serenity Star, and proven scalability, Subgen AI empowers customers worldwide to accelerate innovation and lead in the era of the intelligent enterprise.
