About Success Plus Consulting

Isaac Russell is a leadership coach and consultant that provides insight and knowledge to motivate people to do their job well. Success Plus educates managers, supervisors, and upper management who have been deprived of the experience of having worked in the shoes of the employees whom they lead. We improve the bottom line of companies through effective leadership. This education process may range from improving employee turnover, diversity awareness training, or one-on-one executive coaching to improve the bottom line. We specialize in day-to-day mentoring of supervisors, managers, and other upper management personnel. “Attitude is everything” and all the management of a given operation must be involved and instilled with the concept of employee training. The workers will do what is expected of them if they understand their jobs. If the workers do not understand their jobs, then management must assume the responsibility of educating those employees. This assumption is one of the ingredients to the development of attitudes. Without the proper attitudes and motivations, you cannot have a smooth, productive operation. At Success Plus, we will use a collaborative, hands-on approach to bring the people in your company together and equip them to reach their highest potential and achieve common goals resulting in increased productivity and performance.
