About Sulonda Smith, CC, MFT, LPC

You might be a powerful CEO running a high profile company, an engineer exploring nanotechnologies or a software developer deep in research. Even as a business owner or entrepreneur you communicate confidently with employees; however when it comes to having what should be a simple conversation with the special women in your life and even women coworkers, communications are messy and often result in misunderstanding and you're left feeling frustrated and confused. We all know that when we talk to someone the purpose or problem isn't always clear in beginning or even by the end of the conversation. Knowing what to say, how to say it, and when to say it are critical parts to every conversation! It's even more important that each person does not feel ignored or powerless. Respect, support, and appreciation are foundational elements to any successful conversation. Though I have taken pleasure in helping people from all walks life, I am most passionate about helping men understand and communicate confidently with the women in their lives at home and at work. By helping men become confident and clear in their communication, women and men can have a meaningful and purposeful conversation. This is a movement for me and it's my mission. My educational background includes Degrees in counseling and traditional knowledge, certifications in coaching and sexual addiction and spiritual development training. They have truly helped in my mission to help people lead happier lives. I am an author, speaker, coach, and psychotherapist. Now, let’s talk about you.
