To achieve this, we will listen more than ever to our customers' voices and do our utmost to continue to provide value. In addition, in order to realize a sustainable recycling-oriented society, we have been working on commercializing energy-efficient battery forklifts and services that utilize IOT to enable safe, secure and efficient use of forklifts. In the future, serious labor shortages and demands for new lifestyles are expected to cause major changes in the way logistics is conducted, and reforms such as labor saving and automation are expected to be required. We aim to continue to be a reliable partner by considering issues from the customer's perspective and acting with high quality and speed.
