Summit makes special efforts to provide robust and diverse candidate slates for all the searches we lead. Comprehensive Model Our comprehensive service provides unparalleled focus and attention on your project from start to finish. This service includes onsite or virtual listening sessions, prospect research, diversity sourcing strategies, outreach/recruiting, candidate assessment, candidate management, as well as comprehensive reference and background checking and onboarding planning. This model involves meetings with key organizational leadership and identified stakeholder groups throughout the process. This model offers a full guarantee. Sourcing Services Model Summit’s sourcing-based models enable clients to purchase pieces of the search process in situations where a comprehensive search is not feasible or desired. Services can include prospect research, marketing the job, attracting a high quality and diverse candidate slate, and working with the client to select which candidates to pursue. Clients who choose this model are often seeking recruitment sourcing to support their own recruiting efforts. Customized services. Specialized expertise. Results. Flexibility. This is what Summit is about! Offices in California, Colorado, Kansas, Maryland, New York, and North Carolina.
