About Summit Talent Group - Healthcare Search Partners

Summit Talent Group is a women-owned and operated boutique executive search and interim leadership placement firm, headquartered in Columbia, MD, with a national practice in healthcare. Our executive search firm provides retained search and interim services that are ideal for hospital systems; physician clinics and private practices; ambulatory and surgery centers; long-term-care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation operations; home care agencies; health care consulting firms; and insurance companies. Every member of the Summit Talent Group embraces the concierge service model and has practiced this as leaders within large health systems. Further, we have few restrictions to connect with talent from across the country and do not rely on recycling candidates from previous searches, databases and professional associations. Whether Summit Talent Group is assisting you with a retained search or interim placement, our team of experienced professionals engages in a six step process to ensure we can accurately represent your culture, vision, mission, goals, strategy and governance structure when identifying and recruiting top-level talent to your organization. Summit Talent Group embraces diversity and inclusion in managing all of our executive searches. Summit Talent Group’s mission is to fully embrace the complexities, challenges and rewards of executive talent acquisition as well as devote our personal and business energies to being good stewards of your most precious resource: your people.
