About Sunarc Architecture & Interiors

Sunarc Architecture & Interior Design is a Tampa Bay based firm specializing in high-end residential architecture, coastal modern homes, and thoughtfully designed boutique commercial spaces. We design custom luxury residences throughout Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and the surrounding Gulf Coast, with extensive experience in waterfront, flood zone, and coastal environments. Our work emphasizes clean, modern design paired with a strong understanding of the Florida Building Code, FEMA regulations, and resilient construction practices. In addition to residential projects, our background includes commercial architecture such as office buildings, mixed-use spaces, and multi-family developments. This foundation informs our approach to every project which brings a high level of coordination, clarity, and detail to both design and construction documentation. Our interior design services are integrated with our architectural work, allowing us to create cohesive, well-executed spaces from concept through construction. We collaborate closely with homeowners, builders, and consultants to ensure each project is functional, buildable, and aligned with the client’s vision. At Sunarc, we focus on delivering architecture and interiors that are timeless, practical, and reflective of the Florida lifestyle.
