About Sunlight Works

Sunlight Works is a values-driven organization committed to enhancing personal effectiveness as a foundation for organizational effectiveness. We create intentional cultures rooted in universal principles that inspire lasting behavioral change. Our founders, Kevin J. Giddins, and Lita Little Giddins (MSW/LCSW), lead with a principle-based approach, integrating their expertise in leadership training, cultural transformation, and coaching. Our talented team of consultants, with decades of combined experience in leadership development, education, social work, and organizational strategy, equip organizations with the skills needed to build inclusive, high-performing cultures. We specialize in principle-based consulting for leaders. Our training equips teams with essential skills, including Psychological Safety, Emotional Intelligence, and Managing Conflict. Through our work, we empower individuals and teams to achieve long-term success and organizational growth. Our mission is to help organizations unlock their potential by promoting open communication, trust, and collaboration. We believe that personal effectiveness leads to organizational success, and our approach emphasizes intentional learning and experiential growth. We offer tailored solutions through strategy ideation sessions, introductory presentations, workshops, and both virtual and in-person training sessions. Our engagements range from half-day sessions to ongoing cohorts, customized to meet the unique needs of each organization. Using the “Law of the Harvest” philosophy, we focus on principle-based training and experiential learning to achieve desired outcomes. At Sunlight Works, we are dedicated to developing, engaging, and empowering individuals to build a brighter, more effective future for their teams and organizations.
