About SunnySide Properties

Here's a little about us. We are Alex and Irina, a husband and wife team. Alex is the technical maestro, ensuring all the cogs in our operation turn smoothly. Irina, a seasoned realtor and an expert in residential property management, lends her astute eye to every detail, ensuring each property is perfectly prepared for our guests. Her real estate experience, combined with an almost obsessive attention to detail, plays a pivotal role in the successful management of our properties. Together, we blend our skills to deliver unparalleled property management services. Our journey started in Europe and led us to the sunny vistas of Orlando, always guided by our shared passion for people, property, and excellence in service. The glowing testimonial of Mrs. Johnson, one of our satisfied clients, encapsulates our ethos perfectly, 'Irina and Alex removed the stress from property management. Their combination of detailed attentiveness and technical proficiency has completely transformed my experience.' Achieving this level of satisfaction for every client is what we continually aim for. But our work goes beyond mere business. We are proud members of the Orlando community, committed to supporting local businesses and positively contributing to the neighborhood we call home. The future holds exciting prospects for us. We're gearing up to launch our virtual management service, integrating a range of innovative digital tools that will make remote property management even more streamlined and efficient. For us, property management isn't just our profession—it's our passion. We take pride in making our clients' lives easier, ensuring their properties thrive, and crafting unforgettable experiences for their guests. With us managing your properties, you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the benefits of truly stress-free property management.
