About Sunriver Ventures

At Sunriver Ventures, we specialize in transforming venture capital orphans into private equity winners. For over a decade, our focus has been on pioneering fintech investments at the crossroads of payment innovation and major industries such as consumer retail, real estate, insurance, and construction. Our approach has consistently turned challenges into opportunities, particularly in special situations with an eye towards private equity exits. In our upcoming Fund II, we are set to bridge the gap between venture capital and private equity. We strategically acquire controlling positions in promising businesses facing financial difficulties, steering them towards successful exits. Our investment philosophy revolves around leveraging proprietary, top-down deal flow built on strong industry relationships to structure investments that offer asymmetric risk-reward profiles. As hands-on operators, we actively manage the firms we invest in, ensuring a path to profitability and strategic exit. Our proven track record boasts numerous successful exits to private equity and strategic buyers, underscoring our commitment to delivering substantial returns.
