About Suomi-Seura ry

Suomi-Seura ry on maailmalla asuvien suomalaisten järjestö, joka vahvistaa 1,6 miljoonan ulkosuomalaisen yhteyksiä Suomeen ja tuo ulkosuomalaisuutta näkyväksi yhteiskunnallisessa keskustelussa ja päätöksenteossa. Julkaisemme Suomen Silta -lehteä ja toimimme ulkosuomalaisparlamentin (USP) sihteeristönä. Tarjoamme ulkomaille lähteville, siellä oleville ja Suomeen palaaville neuvontaa, tiedotusta ja edunvalvontaa. The Finland Society is an organization for Finns living overseas. We strengthen the ties of 1.6 million Finnish expatriates to Finland and bring expatriatism up in public debate and decision-making. We also provide up-to-date information about Finland overseas. The Finland Society promotes interaction between expatriate Finns and Finland, nurtures cultural contacts and strengthens Finland’s image. The Finland Society publishes Finland Bridge magazine and serves as the secretariat of the Finnish Expatriate Parliament (USP). We provide Finns moving or living overseas or returning to Finland with advice, information and interest promotion.
