About Supply Chain Navigators Ltd

We work with capital-intensive distribution and manufacturing environments where automated distribution infrastructure must remain aligned with the capital assumptions underlying the original investment. Our focus is not operational optimisation. It is architectural coherence. As systems expand and operating models evolve, automation environments can continue to perform operationally while structural drift develops beneath the architecture. Our work often begins when automated distribution assets represent significant capital exposure and executive teams want to validate whether the architecture, operating model and governance structures still support the original investment logic. We support executive teams in assessing whether the structural relationship between automation architecture, WMS environments and operating models remains coherent with the capital and performance assumptions under which the infrastructure was deployed. Our background spans the full lifecycle of complex distribution environments, including global SAP S/4HANA and SAP Extended Warehouse Management programs, automation architecture redesign and multi-site governance frameworks. We operate at the intersection of warehouse automation, WMS architecture and executive governance – providing clarity where structural complexity intersects with capital exposure. Automated distribution infrastructure is a long-life capital asset whose structural integrity determines operational resilience and capital efficiency. When its architecture drifts from the assumptions behind the original investment, operational risk and capital exposure increase significantly. Engagements are typically triggered before major automation expansion, system renewal or network redesign decisions. Structural themes include: – Operating model alignment and governance cadence across WMS and automation lifecycles – Structural architecture reviews of SAP EWM and complex WMS environments – Alignment between capital deployment, ope
