About Surgenor Automotive Group

We always strive for excellence in all areas: customer satisfaction, vehicle sales targets, quality of service, and professional body shop repairs. Our highly trained staff strives to make your experience enjoyable and seamless, while our factory-trained technicians provide peace of mind to our customers, knowing their vehicles have been repaired according to General Motors' guidelines. Surgenor realizes that strong dealerships exist because they operate in strong communities. Our commitment to giving back to the community has been a cornerstone of our operation since inception. Surgenor matches contributions made by our employees to the United Way, and together the Surgenor Group is consistently the largest automotive contributor in the National Capital Region, donating over $80,000 in 2013 alone. We are also proud supporters of the M.S. Society, the Cancer Society of Ottawa and many local sports teams. We never stray away from our Mission Statement: "Customers for Life". That philosophy has allowed us to achieve our A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau, win awards, and service thousands of customers in our region. But without the commitment to make our customers part of the Surgenor family, where they always feel welcome to do business, we would not have enjoyed our success to date.
