About Surrey Hills Concierge

Surrey Hills Concierge was set up by Vivienne Thorn to offer a solution to today's busy and hectic lifestyle. With a career spanning over 30 years in the luxury travel industry to Director level and raising three children, Vivienne experienced at first hand that juggling professional and domestic life can sometimes come at too high a price. Often there is not enough time to focus on the important people and things in our lives. With extensive customer service, administration, event planning and problem solving experience, you can be assured of a professional local concierge and errand service with the highest level of confidentiality at all times. As well as all the mundane everyday tasks such as grocery shopping and collecting the dry cleaning we can find, wrap and deliver and special gift, plan a special celebration party, research and book your holiday, look after your home, pets and plants while you are away, help with a house move, and much more. Call us today to talk about how we can help you. Not enough hours in the day to get everything done? Let us help you achieve a better balance in life between what you have to do and what you want to do.
