About Surviving The Gap

It’s a vicious circle – stress and anxiety impair our performance and lead to health issues, which makes it harder to function and even harder to come across well in interviews – which leads to more stress and anxiety. So we decided to do something about it. While experiencing the same levels of stress as everyone else, we realised that we had an edge: because of our years of experience with personal development (we have worked with some of the best facilitators in the world and travelled extensively to help deliver seminars), our training in various self-help and support techniques and our experience as coaches and mentors to businesses and individuals we had tools to handle the situation.
