Are you tired yet? Are you doing tasks below your pay grade and putting off administrative work that you do not want to do? There are probably things that aren't getting done, that keep you up at night. Every small business owner or entrepreneur has tasks you enjoy doing to run your business. They’re the reason you started your business. You went to school for it, you’re interested in it – you’re good at it. Then there are tasks that are part of running your business that you wish you didn’t have to do. They are probably administrative tasks like setting up calls and meetings, making travel arrangements, keeping a database up to date, or starting and maintaining a newsletter. When clients first come to me they are facing challenges like: Spending too much time doing things that are important but well below their pay grade Have important things that are not getting done Are having trouble organizing their calendar activities and projects If any of these things are concerns for you then we can help. You can then focus on what is important for your business.
