About Susbridge

Susbridge is an independent consulting practice for impact-driven work. We operate in the crucial gap where research, data, and communication must become decisions leaders can trust, and teams can act on, helping organizations move from information overload to confident action. We work with organizations across sustainability, development, and other complex fields that need clarity where complexity is unavoidable. We turn evidence into usable strategy, make risk and opportunity legible, and help teams move from reports and dashboards to decisions that actually guide their work. Our work spans research and strategy, communications and narrative, data and insight, and advisory and embedded support. We clarify context, map systems, and synthesize evidence; design narratives and communication systems that respect complexity without losing people; build indicators, dashboards, and analytic tools that make progress visible; and embed as senior practitioners or advisors to keep strategies grounded and honest over time. Alongside client work, we maintain independent initiatives such as Susinsight, Susdata, and a Knowledge Lab that keep our consulting connected to real‑world experiments, applied research, and new methods for communicating impact, with particular depth in African contexts.
