By partnering with us, you’ll have access to key resources to grow and manage your team; our role is to administer benefits, be on-call to support recruitment and retention, ensure compliance, and minimize your risk as a business owner. In other words, we manage all the administrative work that comes with having employees. OUR ORIGIN STORY: We were born out of a professional services firm that’s been working with businesses just like yours for more than a dozen years. SustainableHR PEO is a culmination of all our years providing HR services (SustainableHR), payroll (Organic Payroll), and accounting (Kollath CPA) to small- and mid-sized companies. We combined these highly successful services into the PEO clients are successfully utilizing today.
