About Sustentia Engineering

How much does it cost to run your operations without clear energy performance data? Deteriorated building envelopes and facilities, processes without KPIs, and consumption without baselines generate excess costs that add up every month. Without solid technical information, any investment decision is made blindly. At Sustentia Ingeniería we work with measurement, simulation, and technical validation to transform energy data into actionable information: we quantify losses, compare scenarios, and prioritize improvements based on real economic impact. Our team integrates engineering and infrastructure architecture. This allows us to analyze an asset from the energy model through to its constructive feasibility—without disconnecting the data from the real asset. Our Services: ▸ STRATEGY — Energy simulation and Digital Twin for new projects or major renovations. Technical support for SGS Bond financing. EDGE / DGNB certifications. ▸ PERFORMANCE — Energy diagnostics and management under ISO 50001, operational KPIs, and retrofit prioritization based on cost impact. ▸ VISION — Infrared thermography to detect hidden faults in buildings and industrial facilities. Root cause analysis and actionable reporting. If you manage assets with high energy costs or need technical support before making an investment decision, let's talk.
