About Swan Properties

Founded in 2021, Swan Properties is not just a real estate company; it is a culmination of a lifelong journey and a mission borne out of personal experience. Stacey, Wade, and Nick, a trio of siblings, come from a construction family. Their unique story begins in the early 2000s during the dot com bust and further unfolds through the 2008 recession. Witnessing their family grapple with multiple pre-foreclosures, battling against large banks with limited options, instilled in them a resolve to make a difference. This shared history fueled the creation of Swan Properties with a dual purpose. Firstly, to educate homeowners about common predicaments like those their parents faced. Secondly, to offer fair and transparent solutions to those in distress, ensuring no one feels backed into a corner. The strength of Swan Properties lies in the diverse expertise of its founders. Stacey, an alumnus of the Haas School of Business, brings over a decade of institutional real estate knowledge. Wade, with his MBA from Vanderbilt focusing on finance, adds a strategic financial perspective. Nick, a licensed contractor with over ten years of experience, infuses practical, on-ground insights. Together, they offer a holistic view of each property and situation, ensuring that every solution is tailored, compassionate, and effective. Swan Properties stands as a testament to their journey, embodying resilience, education, and a commitment to fair play in the real estate realm.
