About Sweat Society

Full body strength training and cardio classes designed to leave no muscle group untouched utilizing the Xformer and VersaClimber. The Xformer is a modern reformer that is specifically made for facilitating zero-impact workouts, making it ideal for all ages and abilities. This is a full-body, muscle-building class that also incorporates flexibility, balance, and endurance. With a specific focus on core work combined with functional training, this workout offers results you can see and feel. This is not your average Pilates class! It’s Pilates fundamentals mixed with the intensity of a dynamic strength training program. A tight core and strong glutes are key to keeping our bodies working to the best of their ability. The VersaClimber is the most effective piece of cardio equipment on the market, with benefits and results that are unbeatable. While running and cycling burns an average of 13/14 calories a minute, the VersaClimber burns a whopping 22.3 calories a minute (yes you read that right almost double). This is a high intensity workout, it has very low impact on your joints. It engages both the upper and lower body simultaneously, effectively working all major muscles groups. Our classes are only 30 minutes since that is all you need on this fat burning cardio beast. Our classes are beat driven, which means you climb to the beat of music -hence the dance party feel. Our machines also have built in tablets that track your stats during your workouts and send them to you so you can see your progress over time. Together we are going to climb mountains and have a world class party of a time doing it.
