About Swiftwater Horizon

We’re a hands-on product leadership practice elevating early- and growth-stage startup trajectories. We work with product-first companies that are “doing fine on paper” but underperforming their potential – the ones where the metrics look acceptable, the roadmap is full, the team is busy, but the overall trajectory feels flatter or messier than it should be for the opportunity in front of them. Rather than open-ended fractional roles, we design short, high-intensity engagements that change how product decisions actually work in practice: what gets prioritised, what gets shipped, and how learning feeds back into the next round of bets. We focus on revealing the real system behind product decisions, identifying a small number of structural changes that matter most, and co-executing those changes with the leadership team. When this works, the impact shows up in the places that matter most: clearer and shared strategic imperatives, more usable founder and executive bandwidth, tighter and more credible investor and board narratives, product operating models that attract senior talent, and organizations that respond more deliberately when markets or assumptions shift.
