About Symmetra

Symmetra is a specialist international diversity and inclusion consultancy, delivering end-to-end solutions that transform leadership and culture. Since 2003, Symmetra has maintained a reputation as an innovator in our field by delivering cutting edge, evidence-based solutions for blue-chip clients around the world. We have evolved systems, products and expertise to create workplaces that effectively turn diversity into a source of true value, integrating it with overall business strategy to deliver superior outcomes. As a boutique consultancy, Symmetra is flexible and responsive to client needs. We can deliver small interventions for organisations looking to take some initial steps into diversity and inclusion, or customised business transformation solutions developed in partnership with clients to unlock the full potential of diverse people working in a culture of inclusion. Fundamental to our approach is the certainty that diversity and inclusion can be leveraged to provide a strategic competitive advantage to organisations, and our role is to help our clients to identify where D &I is a value-add and to challenge their perspective to do so, where necessary. Ultimately, we aim to deliver sustained change for your business by building organisational effectiveness in diversity & inclusion. Our global experience in working with clients across multiple industries means we have the expertise to advise you on how to make change succeed, and we build internal capability to ensure you can maintain new ways of working.
