About SynCraft Labs

SynCraft Labs builds the digital systems that power modern African businesses. We create platforms that organise communication, unify commerce and give leaders full visibility over their operations. African businesses lose opportunities every day because they rely on scattered tools, informal workflows and systems that were not designed for local realities. We exist to replace that chaos with clarity. Our work is built on three pillars. Communication ensures customer interactions are structured and responsive. Commerce enables businesses to sell through websites, call centres, WhatsApp, walk in environments and field agents. Control gives managers visibility into stock, production, payments, staff activity and performance. These pillars guide every product and service we build. Our flagship products include Zuqora, a communication and commerce engine for merchants who want structured ordering beyond WhatsApp chats. SynPOS is our manufacturing ready POS and production control system for bakeries, chemists, water refill stations and small batch producers. SynCommerce is our unified call centre and commerce platform for high volume retailers, distributors and multi branch operations. Each product encodes real African business flows and supports mobile money, multi channel communication and rapid fulfilment. We also build custom enterprise systems and interfaces. Our services include UX and UI design, system development, product management, MVP prototyping, payment integration, operator dashboards, analytics platforms and system audits. Every solution is created to help businesses grow with predictability, efficiency and data informed control. Headquartered in Nairobi with a virtual HQ in Kigali, we serve clients across Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, Nigeria, Ghana and South Africa. Our purpose is to build the next decade of African business systems. If you want to unify your communication, commerce and operations, we are ready to partner with you.
