Synergy Community Development Corporation is a recognized 501(c)3 charitable and nonprofit corporation actively engaged in the development and preservation of affordable housing across the United States for very-low, low- and moderate-income families. The Board of Directors of Synergy CDC is guided by the principles of “building better communities” and “developing relationships” with our project partners and residents. We believe that cooperative interaction with our residents, service providers, for-profit developers, financing partners, community stakeholders, and state and local agencies results in a greater, combined impact on the development and preservation of affordable housing than when groups act alone. Synergy CDC provides effective development services, strategic partnerships and synergistic, social services to community residents.
