About Synergy Recruitment Ltd

Local women, running a local recruitment agency, supporting local SMEs. We exist to set the standard within the recruitment industry. For us, it’s simple – recruitment is about finding the perfect match between a candidate and a business. It’s not firing over irrelevant CVs to hit KPIs. It’s not ghosting people once they’re no longer "useful." And it’s definitely not pushing someone into a role that isn’t right for them. It’s about understanding people and what makes them tick. It’s taking the time to uncover future motivations and only connecting candidates with businesses that are offering what they’re genuinely looking for. Most importantly, it’s acknowledging that we’re dealing with people’s lives – and never taking that lightly. We’ve been trusted by SMEs across Cheshire and Manchester who wanted to experience recruitment done properly, by people who genuinely care about getting it right – for both the candidate and the client. And we’ve got the numbers to back it up: Our CV to interview ratio is 1.2 (you’ll want to meet every candidate we send) Our job fill rate is 85% (compared to an industry average of 30%) Out of over 1,000 interviews, we’ve had just 4 no-shows We’ve received over 180 five-star Google reviews We recruit for Business Support roles across Cheshire and Manchester – covering Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, HR and Accounts & Finance – from entry level right through to senior management, on both a temporary and permanent basis.
