We’re SYNTAQ, an AUS software team building products for professional service firms to deliver client work with consistency, auditability, and real performance visibility. Most firms run delivery across email, documents, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. That makes outcomes person-dependent, creates rework and version drift, and leaves leadership guessing on what’s really working. SYNTAQ replaces that patchwork with a structured delivery system. Our products run standalone or together: Portal is the operating system for the firm: CRM, matters, delivery workflows, compliance, time, billing, knowledge, and analytics - built around Offerings, Outcomes, Components, and Resources so teams get guidance at the point of need. Falcon automates sophisticated documents and the workflows around them: structured capture, complex conditional logic, document sets, collaboration, approvals, and API-first integration, built to produce trusted legal outputs at scale. StructureGram turns entities and relationships into a validated model and clean, consistent diagrams. Structures stay “living” (update once, update everywhere), enforce rules that prevent invalid relationships, and export to client-ready formats. We’ve built and shipped in real environments across firms and regulated contexts. The result is delivery that is repeatable, quality-controlled, and measurable, so firms improve weekly, not annually.
