About Syntara Retreats

Syntara Retreats offers transformative experiences at the intersection of science, therapy, and ancestral wisdom. Our retreats are carefully designed to create safe and supportive spaces where participants can reconnect with themselves, others, and nature. Grounded in neuroscience, depth psychology, and somatic practices, our approach integrates modern therapeutic methods with timeless traditions of ritual, mindfulness, and community. We believe that true healing and growth come from balancing evidence-based methods with the wisdom of the heart and body. At Syntara Retreats, we guide participants through carefully curated journeys that foster: • Inner transformation – developing clarity, resilience, and purpose • Community & connection – cultivating authentic relationships and belonging • Embodied practices – movement, breathwork, and nature immersion for integration • Creative expression – unlocking imagination and spontaneity as healing forces Our experienced facilitators bring expertise in psychotherapy, psychodrama, group process, and transpersonal practices, ensuring that every retreat is both deeply personal and professionally held. Whether in the quiet of the forest, by the sea, or in sacred spaces of gathering, each Syntara retreat is an invitation to step away from daily life and return renewed, aligned, and inspired. We are passionate about building bridges – between science and spirit, therapy and ritual, the individual and the collective. Syntara Retreats: Awakening clarity, connection, and transformation.
