About Synthesis Group Australia

Synthesis Group Australia is a change management business, specialising in creating skilled, effective and unified workforces. Over the past 13 years we’ve worked with more than 400 senior leaders throughout Australia and NZ, helping build the strategies, culture, ways of working and capability of their workforce. We help these leaders; - create effective leadership teams with rigorous strategies, - implement full change programs from concept, to deeply embedded new ways of working - instil regression proof business partnering work practices into teams - build powerful ‘soft skills’ that operationalise AI change - refocus stalled change programs through a triage change process What we know is that: 1. The need for change has persisted for some time. 2. In many instances, you believe you have the right people but for some reason they are missing the mark in how they work together. 3. It’s acknowledged, now is the time to bring in experienced external help. 4. You want to fix how the organisation and teams operate, without letting people go or starting an internal conflict. 5. And through it all, people need to feel valued and not fearful that their positions are at risk. Our goal is to equip all businesses with a skilled, effective and unified workforce – where duplication, inefficiency and excessive cost is removed. This is a change that transcends an individual leader, instead becoming part of the DNA and fabric of how their organisation works.
