About System 1 Search, Inc.

Founded in 1973, System 1 Search is an executive recruiting firm that focuses exclusively on the medical industry. Our primary specialties are laboratory diagnostics and medical device. Our headquarters is located in Gold River, CA and we have a branch office in Ventura, CA. Our recruiters pride themselves in being able to recognize talent regardless of the specialty. Whether it's sales, marketing, engineering, regulatory, or quality -- or any other position -- we can identify and deliver the top talent available. When you work with System 1 Search we take the time to fully understand your process and requirements and recruit our candidates based on the criteria that you develop with us. Furthermore, all of our candidates are fully interviewed, qualified and referenced before they are submitted to the hiring manager or HR. We have found that this approach saves the hiring manager from shuffling through dozens of unqualified resumes and screening mismatched candidates.
