About T1 Sports Academy

T1 Sports Academy is a performance-driven sports organization dedicated to developing athletes and leaders through elite training, mentorship, and opportunity. Based in the Central Valley, T1 was built on the belief that athletics can shape discipline, confidence, and long-term success on and off the field. We provide comprehensive athletic development for youth, middle school, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Our training philosophy emphasizes long-term athlete development through sport-specific skill work, speed and strength training, agility, injury prevention, and mental performance. Every athlete is approached individually, with intentional coaching tailored to their sport, position, and goals. T1 Sports Academy is committed to community impact through partnerships with Fresno Unified School District, operating after-school programs that provide a safe, structured, and development-focused environment during critical after-school hours. These programs prioritize mentorship, accountability, teamwork, and leadership, helping student-athletes build habits that extend beyond athletics. In addition to training, T1 is home to a competitive 7v7 football program, offering athletes high-level competition and exposure. We also host annual community events, camps, and showcases that strengthen connections across the local sports community. T1 Sports Academy also manages and represents athletes through Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities, supporting brand partnerships, personal branding, and professional decision-making. We proudly work with athletes competing at the highest levels, including current NFL and MLB professionals, reinforcing the standards and credibility behind our work. More than a training facility, T1 Sports Academy is a community built on development, discipline, and opportunity. Train with purpose. Compete with confidence. Become T1.
