About TackPilot

TackPilot is the AI command center for general contractors. One dashboard runs your whole operation, all from your phone. Jobs, tasks, subs, schedules, invoices, payments. One place. Real-time updates. All from the cab of your truck. Text your TackPilot number like you text your foreman. The dashboard moves. "New job at Sarah's on Maple, starts Tuesday." Card created. Crew slot open. Calendar updated. "Invoice Tony $2,400 for plumbing." PDF generated. Payment link sent. QuickBooks synced. "Concrete poured at Pine St." Timeline updated. Daily recap writes itself. Snap a photo. AI reads it, files it to the right job, flags what it sees. "Panel needs covers." Every photo searchable, forever. Inside your dashboard: ▸ Today at a glance. Greeting, weather, live jobs, crew status, open balance, what needs attention. One scroll and you're done. ▸ Jobs. Every project with progress, deadlines, crew, tasks, photos, and documents. ▸ Calendar. Google and Outlook synced with a scheduling brain that's weather-aware and conflict-aware. ▸ Finances. Invoices, Stripe payments, QuickBooks sync, Plaid bank feed. Zero spreadsheets. ▸ Crew dispatch. Assign work, TackPilot texts the sub, confirms the response, logs the thread. ▸ Activity timeline. Every text, photo, update, payment. Logged, searchable, yours forever. ▸ AI you can just ask. "What's open on Johnson?" "Who do I owe?" "Send Mrs. Garcia a $15K kitchen remodel proposal." It answers. It acts. It knows your business. Plugs into the tools you already use. Google Calendar. Outlook. Google Contacts. QuickBooks. Stripe. Plaid. Set it up once, forget about it. Built by a GC, for GCs. Founded by a contractor with years on job sites and in enterprise sales. Built from real dust, real subs, and a real pile of invoices on a truck seat. No app. No onboarding calls. You're live the moment you save our number. 📱 Text to start: 888-513-3613 🌐 tackpilot.com
