About Tactical Business Group
Tactical Business is a boutique business strategy consulting firm that focuses on revenue optimization for first-response agencies and small businesses. We work passionately to provide our clientele with access to sources of private and government funded programs by utilizing existing sources of funds, and assisting both private and governmental agencies in the development of new sources of funding through government relations and legislative initiatives. We work one-on-one with select agencies that share with us a common vision and values. Integrity serves as the keystone of our work, and we take pride in the success that we've created while assisting our clientele in their endeavors.
